Melissa Polk concentrates in the areas of bankruptcy, family and probate law. A strong attorney-client relationship is emphasized. Therefore tailored expertise, care and attention is given to each and every client.  Ms. Polk is a member of the California Bar and is admitted to the United States District Court for the Northern and Eastern Districts.

Ms. Polk formerly worked as an Associate Attorney at Beck Law Firm in Santa Rosa focusing on family and bankruptcy Law.

Ms. Polk graduated from John F. Kennedy School of Law.  She received a Bachelors of Science degree in Environmental Science with a minor in Political Science.
